枕头大战，一种流行全球的缓解工作和生活压力的减压聚会方式。枕头大战组织目前较为流行的是通过网络招集陌生人，个人带着自己的枕头在固定时间和地点集合。将枕头撕开一个小开口互相击打，将枕芯全部散光时截止。2006年11月开始登陆中国内地，广州、青岛、上海等地网站和俱乐部先后举办，幸福公社在2007年元旦举办百人枕头大战。枕头大战中国联盟（CPFL）于09年5月2日成立并在中山公园举行了枕头大战。
